Invincible Season 3 Finale: A Brutal, Mind-Blowing Conclusion

Alright, y’all, we gotta talk about the Invincible Season 3 finale. I just finished watching it, and my brain is still recovering. This episode was absolute chaos in the best way possible. From jaw-dropping fights to some of the most terrifying villains we’ve seen so far, this season ended with a bang—and I have thoughts.

Mark, My Guy… Why Are You Talking Trash?

First off, I gotta say it—Mark, what gives you the right to trash talk? Bro, your entire history in this show is just you getting thrown around like a ragdoll. Like, how are you gonna try to act tough when Conquest is standing right in front of you? I mean, respect for standing your ground, but when this man literally makes a heart out of his own blood in the middle of the fight, maybe don’t provoke him.

But I gotta give Mark his credit—he actually fought back this time. He wasn’t just taking punches; he was giving them too. I was starting to get real tired of him getting tossed around by every Viltrumite that crosses his path, so it was nice to see him stand his ground. That being said… maybe less talking, more swinging, my guy.

Conquest is an Absolute Nightmare

Speaking of swinging, let’s talk about Conquest. I knew this dude was gonna be strong, but this was on another level. The way he just took everything Mark threw at him like it was nothing? INSANE. And the way Jeffrey Dean Morgan delivered those lines? Chilling.

Like, imagine someone beating you half to death and then thanking you for the experience. That’s what Conquest did. He was out here treating this fight like a fun little workout. And that moment where he leans in and whispers, “I’m so lonely” right before trying to kill Mark? Bruh. I had chills.

Also, I gotta say—the way he absolutely clowned Oliver had me speechless. The man said, “Oh, you wanna help? Great, let’s see what you got!” SMACK. Launched him across the city like it was nothing. Oliver thought he was about to do something, and Conquest just humbled him immediately.

Atom Eve & the Best Decision This Show Made

Shoutout to Atom Eve for holding it down. She really put in work this episode. It’s been awesome to see her step up and be such a key player in these fights. That said… when Conquest went after her, I genuinely thought it was over. I was sitting there like, “Nah, they wouldn’t… right? RIGHT?!”

But the best thing about this finale? They let the battle breathe. They didn’t cut away every two minutes to show what other characters were doing. They gave us a full 20+ minutes of non-stop, brutal, animated carnage. That’s how you do a season finale. The pacing was perfect, the animation was top-tier, and every hit hurt. You could feel the impact of every single punch.

Cecil… Bro, What Are You Thinking?

Alright, I get it. Cecil has to make tough calls. But locking Conquest up and thinking, “Maybe we can learn something from him”?? Come on, man. You really think this dude is just gonna sit there and answer questions? We all know how that’s gonna play out.

This is the same guy who ran Mark through a building full of innocent people without a second thought. You think he’s just gonna chill in a holding cell? Be serious.

Is This the Best Season Yet?

I honestly wasn’t sure if Invincible could top Season 1. That Omni-Man fight was one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen in animation. But Season 3? It delivered. Between the Mark variants, Anissa’s fight, and now this finale with Conquest, this season was just stacked with moments that had me staring at my screen in disbelief.

Season 2 had its moments, but overall, it felt a little slow. Season 3, though? Non-stop tension, insane action, and some of the best writing and voice acting we’ve gotten in the show so far.

And that post-credit scene? 👀 Yeah, I need Season 4 immediately.

If you haven’t watched the finale yet—first of all, why are you here reading spoilers? Go fix your life. Second, trust me when I say this episode is worth every second. Invincible just keeps proving why it’s one of the best superhero shows out right now.
